DESCRIPTION
All of our automated container filling systems offer plastic parts manufacturers a high quality and space efficient system that satisfies their storage and inventory needs.
COMPONENTS
A) Reception equipment from the injection machine. This equipment is made to receive the plastic product from the machine and feed it to the filling station in a delicate and efficient manner.
B) Filling station. The containers are filled with a predetermined quantity of parts, counted by either injection cycles or weight
C) Empty container stations. All our container filling systems include an area where the operator can place empty containers, which will later be moved to the filling station.
D) Full container station. Once the container has been filled, it will be moved and stored temporarily in an area where it will be accesable by the operator and easily moved to make way for newly filled containers.
E) Controls. All TEC Engineering equipment is automatic and controls the part handling since their reception until they are delivered to the rest of the production line.
