We offer assembly line automation by creating conveyor cells with Smart Controls. The TEC Smart Conveying Cells communicate with the machines and allow for the control of secondary operations (pile, index, etc.), part inspection by vision systems that insure the quality of the parts to be processed and an integrated communication that makes machine communication easy, without requiring an external or remote control panel.
With this new application we created an operation that does not require part storage, secondary packaging materials (such as boxes, plastic wrap, bags, etc.), prevents material mixing and scrap – due to dedicated assembly machine production line feed – and we have reduced human intervention and cost.
